Short Q&A with select cast members prior to the performance
Example Timeline (NOT CONFIRMED BUT TO BE USED AS A BALLPARK – if you talk to a guest about this, please make sure you say “we don’t have the details confirmed just yet, but we they gave us an example of the following”):
90 prior to show time – lobby doors and merch open for exclusive merch purchase
65 prior – VIP host to meet guest in lobby and provide lanyards. They will then walk guests into house.
60 prior – Cast on stage for blocking/warm ups; VIP host will stay with VIPs explaining what’s happening
40 prior – Cast exits stage; designated cast will stay for 10 minute Q&A
30 prior – Q&A wrap up; guests will either go back to lobby to to their seats. House open to all guests.
0 prior – top of show.
