• Remember your call summaries, walk-up tracker, and batch notes!!!
  • Please be sure to track questions about digital ticket delivery (patrons saying the tickets will be emailed to them) and any CC/purchasing online issues.
• Credit Card Security Update: 
  • As security features have tightened for online sales, we are seeing an increase in fraud sales from phone calls. After talking to Scott Clark, we are putting a few extra security measures in place to make sure  we are getting legitimate cards
    1. Also make sure you ask and fill out name on card
    2. Fill out the 3-4 digit CVV code – Awesome if you can add this to a payment with a saved card but you do not have to
    3. Verify the billing zip code.
• Genevieve’s Update:
  • Open table is now accepting reservations again.
  • G’s will continue as usual. If a patron has a question about why there was a pause in reservations, please connect them to Genevieve’s.
• Please let Emma know if you have someone who updates their card and pays for a failed scheduled payment.
• We no longer provide masks at the concierge podium. FYI.
• IMPORTANT: WE ARE NO LONGER BLAMING THE FIRE CODE FOR INFANTS NEEDING TICKETS!!
  • IF PATRONS ASK, YOU CAN SAY “Everyone, regardless of age, needs a ticket to see a show. For the enjoyment of all patrons, please refrain from bringing guests younger than 5 years old to performances at the Peace Center.”

Greenville Gay Men’s Chorus : Sing for the Cure Concert – March 28, 2025 @ 7pm [Gunter]
