Morning Meeting Info:

• Ray LaMontagne is rescheduling and the new date is September 16th of 2026. 
  • If a patron purchased on or before 7/8/25 and would like a refund, please use the tracker linked HERE. (Please make sure to let management know if you add someone as these have slowed down so the spreadsheet isn’t checked as often!)
• If you sell a Songwriter Workshop ticket, please let a manager or Kasidy know.

• There are some seats at Mockingbird shows that CAN be sat when selling over the phone/in-person. The seats MIGHT be limited view depending on how the stage is setup. Most likely they are slightly behind or a side view of the artists.  Feel free to sell these as normal, just mention might the seats have a potential limited view. They are marked in X holds and tables 101, 102 and 103.

  • If you are working the Friday or Saturday shows, give yourself ample time for parking as Jazz Fest will have road closures along Main and Broad. Encourage guests with tickets on those days to allow for extra time for arrival.
    • Additionally, Jazz Fest will have a press event on the Plaza from 3-4 pm Tuesday of next week (6/9).
    • On Friday, FOH will have someone in the lobby to assist. Business should proceed as usual. We will have no public restroom signage in place as well.
  • Dynamic Pricing: (as of 6/4/26 at 11:40am)
    • Evening shows – premium and P1 increased by $5
    • Matinee shows – premium and P1 increased by $15; P2 & P3 increased by $5
      • Does not impact previously purchased tickets or exchanges!
