- If a patron purchased on or before 7/8/25 and would like a refund, please use the tracker linked HERE. (Please make sure to let management know if you add someone as these have slowed down so the spreadsheet isn’t checked as often!)
- If you sell a Songwriter Workshop ticket, please let a manager or Kasidy know.

- There are some seats at Mockingbird shows that CAN be sat when selling over the phone/in-person. The seats MIGHT be limited view depending on how the stage is setup. Most likely they are slightly behind or a side view of the artists. Feel free to sell these as normal, just mention might the seats have a potential limited view. They are marked in X holds and tables 101, 102 and 103.
