Ray LaMontagne is rescheduling and the new date is September 16th, 2026.
- If a patron purchased on or before 7/8/25 and would like a refund, please use the tracker linked HERE. (Please make sure to let management know if you add someone as these have slowed down so the spreadsheet isn’t checked as often!)
If you are selling a Songwriter Workshop ticket, and the person participating is not the owner of the order or is in a househould account, please let a manager or Kasidy know.

Similar Single Night Shows – a list to assist with cross selling
There are some seats at Mockingbird shows that CAN be sat when selling over the phone/in-person. The seats MIGHT be limited view depending on how the stage is setup. Most likely they are slightly behind or a side view of the artists. Feel free to sell these as normal, just mention might the seats have a potential limited view. They are marked in X holds and tables 101, 102 and 103.

GSO Additional Tickets & Exchanges

Videos from Jessica Season Theme, Concert Hall, Gunter

Genevieve’s will be open for SATURDAY GSO Concert Hall performances, but will be closed for the Sunday performances.
Pre show lectures will in the Concert Hall with Lee Mills 1 hour before the performance.
You can now sell a CYO to anyone who wants one!
All tickets on sale. You can print tickets, including full seasons if they would like.
If a GSO subscriber would like additional tickets, process on a separate order like you would for BWY. Your MOS just needs to be phone or window!

Less than 10 seats for Student Matinees must be paid in full at the time of reservation-but no minimum required
If student matinee wants to drop more than 10 seats when paying—send to groups
- If student matinee wants to add more seats after balance is due—pay in full
Student Matinee buses will arrive and be directed by the Greenville Police Department on where to park and be directed into the building. BWY & Single Nights we do not have on-site bus parking. They can drop off in the loop but have to find somewhere else to park.
Ticket Delivery
- BWY & Single Night – standard 48 hours digital tickets or they can request will call pick up (send to groups)
- Student Matinee – no tickets required at all—they will check in when they arrive with the FOH team

MAC Card Eligible Shows

MAC Card Purchase Process:

Buy one get one free – 2 MAX per card – using MAC Card price type
Can be done in person or over the phone
- In person: mark off their card
- Over phone: will need to present MAC Card to pick up at will call
For phone MAC Card orders, please note MAC CARD REQUIRED in the will call name portion of the custom tab in the order
All MAC Card purchases must be picked up in person, digital tickets will NOT generate
