Credit Card Security Update:
- As security features have tightened for online sales, we are seeing an increase in fraud sales from phone calls. After talking to Scott Clark, we are putting a few extra security measures in place to make sure we are getting legitimate cards
  1. Also make sure you ask and fill out name on card
  2. Fill out the 3-4 digit CVV code – Awesome if you can add this to a payment with a saved card but you do not have to
  3. Verify the billing zip code.

MAC Card Eligible Shows

FY26 Eligible Shows:

There is a 2 ticket limit for using a MAC Card. If the patron is purchasing more than 2 tickets, the discount only applies to 2 of the tickets. CSRs should note MAC CARD REQUIRED in the Will Call Name if processing via phone. Patrons purchasing over the phone should be reminded MAC card must be presented at the time of pick up to honor the discount. If purchasing in person, MAC cards should be marked and tickets are good to be printed.

TICKETS PURCHASED WITH A MAC CARD WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AS DIGITAL TICKETS, EVEN IF THEY PURCHASED AT THE WINDOW! Please remind patrons that they will need to pick the tickets up at will call.

All Saturday Matinee performances will have ASL interpreters
If you have a suspected reseller on the phone, THEY CAN RENEW BECAUSE WE’RE NOT POSITIVE THEY HAVE DONE ANYTHING WRONG (we just suspect it). CSR’s should say:
- “And before we set up your subscription, we do need to review the terms of purchase. As a reminder tickets are non-refundable and only exchangeable to different show times of the same performance. Tickets are transferrable if you would like to give them to a loved one, you are able to do that. If you choose to sell your tickets, you may only do so at face value. Selling for over face value may result in the cancellation of all future purchases. Any questions about those?”
Subscription Fee Savings Explained: The $15 processing fee for subscriptions supports box office operations. One way to think of this fee is it essentially replaces the traditional “service fee” per ticket. Rather than the normal 10% per ticket service charge, the subscription fee reduces that to only $1.50 per ticket. For one subscription ticket package, that is up to $98.40 savings for this year’s 10 show package. Additionally, subscribers have the benefit of the waived $8 exchange fee. If a subscriber makes two exchanges for a single season, the subscription fee has also covered the exchange fee which would have been incurred for single ticket exchanges. Plus – our subscribers lock in the lowest ticket prices for the shows within their subscription package for even more savings.

Following a recent FTC ruling, all ticket prices must now be displayed as total prices—including any service or package fees. The Peace Center website has been updated to reflect this change across all ticket types, including single tickets, Broadway subscriptions, and Greenville Symphony Orchestra (GSO) subscriptions. For GSO subscriptions, some system updates were required. New GSO subscribers should select the package labeled “FY26 Gunter Saturday,” which now includes a $12 package fee per seat, similar to Broadway subscriptions. Renewing subscribers will see their option listed as “FY26 Gunter Saturday Renewal.” Previously, the $12 fee was charged per series, regardless of the number of seats; it is now applied per seat. If a patron mentions receiving different pricing directly from the GSO due to a discount, offer, or promotion, we will honor that price—and process the order using the renewal package.
